Deciding whether or not to take a case is based on many factors, including the time and resources that will be required and what other cases our firm is committed to. Part of the evaluation process often requires retaining reputable experts, specialists and investigators to provide us with objective information. We welcome complex cases, which are pursued with the unique skill and expertise they require. Once we accept a case, it receives the firm’s full and undivided attention.
